Over the years of its existence, Athens Construction has
completed a variety of projects ranging from residential,
commercial, retail space build out, institutional and office
build outs. For the last ten (10) years it has concentrated
in high-end residential construction in both new home
building and remodeling which currently makes up for the
bulk of its workload. Typically residential projects are
single-family homes from 6,000 sq. ft. up to 15,000 sq. ft.
located in desirable residential areas in the City of
Chicago and North Shore suburbs.

single project it has undertaken. It has developed over the
years a clientele, which, through reference and repeat
projects has become responsible for the Company’s
development into a high end reputable company and has
contributed to its constant growth over the years. It has
built a solid reputation in personalized service, attention
to detail and continuous efforts in delivering projects
within budgets and agreed time frames.
